You hold a qualified accountant’s certificate confirming either:

How To Get Started
Our Investment Process
1. Initial Enquiry
The process begins when a prospective investor makes an enquiry and requests to speak with the Toria Finance team. Our team arranges a call or meeting to understand the investor’s objectives and provide an overview of the fund.
2. Information Memorandum (IM) Review
Following the initial discussion, the investor receives the Information Memorandum (IM) and supporting materials. The investor reviews the documentation and, once satisfied, completes and submits the Investor Application.
3. Application Assessment & AML Compliance
When the submitted application is received, the Toria Finance team conducts a full assessment. This includes verifying investor details and completing all required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance checks.
4. Investment Confirmation & Funding Instructions
Once the application is approved, Toria Finance provides formal confirmation to the investor. This includes clear instructions for transferring investment funds to the designated trust account.
5. Receipt of Investment Funds
The investor transfers the funds, and Toria Finance confirms receipt. The investment is then formally allocated within the fund.
6. Investor Confirmation Issued
A confirmation pack containing investment details and the commencement date is issued to the investor for their records.
7. Monthly Interest Payments
The investor begins receiving monthly interest payments in line with the fund terms. Statements are provided regularly to ensure transparency and ongoing communication.
